Dhann Mentorship and Solutions, LLC came to life in December of 2022, but I have been coaching, mentoring and motivating young people for over two decades.

 

In 2009, I began officiating school sports, elementary to high school levels, it was there where the bond began to form. I wanted each student to succeed beyond sports, asking how their grades were in the classroom, and making sure that they followed instructions at home.

 

Wasn’t long before I noticed, when I was outside of the playing arena, students would come up to me, just to speak. Most would share their thoughts, dreams and fears with me. Somehow I always found encouraging words, hope, reasons not to give up…told them that greatness was inside and if they don’t quit, they will reach their goals!

 

Even in my day to day life, people, both young and older find it easy to talk to me. I ask those empowering questions to get to the core of the issue, use uplifting words, give grace, and allow space for them to come back! 

 

In an attempt to increase my knowledge and further my influence, I have attended many conferences, seminars and workshops. Recently I have completed my course at iPEC, an Institute for excellence in coaching, where I have received my CPC and ELI-MP.

 

With these credentials, more opportunities will present themselves, more possibilities to reach, teach, and to inspire!
